I have no idea if it's the default setting to have bbms show on the main message list, but even if it's "read" in bbm proper, sometimes i need to go to mark prior as opened on the main message list to get the notification to go away even after doing a battery pull.. Bbm icon wont go away please login to remove! the blackberry messenger icon that shows up at the top notifying you that you have a new bbm message wont go away on mine..i've tried to pull the battery and putting it right back in...and then tried pulling the battery and waiting a few minutes before putting it back in.. neither one worked. i dont.
